I’m a licensee with a company called Imagine Essential Services, they have been telling us for the last year that they are going to list on the stock market. Recently I have found out that the way they are doing it is quite unusual. Can you tell me if it is legal.
What they are doing is being bought out buy a company called Horizon Global Limited (HZG.AX) on paper only, already listed on the stock market. And then intern Imagine are buying out Horizon Global Limited (HZG.AX) and changing there name back to Imagine Essential Services. It sound suspicious to me could you let me know if it’s legal please.
