Can you invest 30 thousand dollars in a stock and have a stock broker put a sell option on it.?

Is it possible to buy a stock in the morning and have your stock brocker automaticly sell it when it hits a certain price.Also is it possible to have a safe option for your stock brocker to sell it if it hits a certain low point.So you caint lose all of your money.
