Can I stop someone buying premium bonds for my children?

My husband and I had a fall out with his mum 3 years ago.We want nothing to do with her but she keeps sending my children premium bonds.Is there anyway I can stop her doing this.Not being cruel as it was with good reason that we fell out.Also can I get rid of the ones she has already bought.We do not have the things just a letter saying that she has bought them
