can i approach consumer court if my commodities trader had done mal practise?

Hi all,

I had opened a commodity trading account with a company named ALTOS.They have invested my money with out my knowledge in Crude oil and i had to suffer loss of 22000.can i approach consumer court against them?if not how to solve the problem?
